(Visa or Master Card only) You can choose either a monthly basis donation or one-off donation. Please fill in the “Donation Form”, send us the original copy by mail. We will encrypt the processing through the designated bank.

For Monthly Donation by Autopay, please fill in the “Donation Form” and also the “Direct Debit Authorization Form”, authorize with signature and send the original copy to ECH by mail. Please take reference the “Sample” before you fill in. We will encrypt the processing through the designated bank.

Points to Note:
1. For successful monthly donation, the annual receipt will be issued in April after fiscal year end. For successful one-off donation, receipt will be issued around 6 weeks.
