23 Years – Day Care Service to Conclude its Mission in Mid-2027

Evangel Children’s Home’s Day Care Service will conclude in June 2027, as the organization is to focus on serving more residential home care children and youth, addressing the diverse needs and development of them.

Evangel Children’s Home, Shining Life Limited, and Eternal Music Ministry will jointly host the “Home Coming” Charity Concert on September 19, 2026, working together to build a better future through music. 10 Years – from Project 2Rs to 3R

Looking back at the past 10 years, this Project has undergone a metamorphosis from 2Rs to 3R (Note 1).
As a pioneer project of wholistic care for children and youth in residential homes, the Committee Board Members and Superintendents of three agencies including Evangel Children’s Home, Precious Blood Children’s Village and Sisters of the Good Shepherd formulated proposals and procedures, looked for cooperation partners and funders to help support this project. Their vision to extend such all-rounded care to the 4,000 admitted residential children in Hong Kong still exist.
